Smoking: Runaway Bay Estate is committed to providing its guests and our team with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within any of the buildings on the Runaway Bay Estate property. However, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas only. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the Estate that smoking is not permitted. In the event that a guest smokes within a building, Runaway Bay Estate reserves the right to charge a Deep Cleaning Fee and or damage to the room occupant.
Family and age requirements:
Children over the age of 10 years old are welcome in any of our accommodations. Runaway Bay Estate does not offer child-care or supervision, nor do we provide recreational programs for the over age 10 years and older. Parents are asked to use discretion and judgment and remember that they are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times on the property. For dinner reservations your 10 years and older are considered adults for meals. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in.

Runaway Bay estate considers your personal information to be very important and it should be protected. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit our website and/or book travel accommodations through the website. The terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of this site, and are deemed to be incorporated into such Terms and Conditions.

Valrie Porter, RBGH, Runaway Bay Estate owns and operates the Runaway Bay Guest house, Estate website and agrees to respect and observe the provisions set forth in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and any other relevant privacy legislation. To the extent there is additional protection afforded to you pursuant to the Act or any other legislation, and same is not set forth herein, we agree to take such measures to give full effect to such additional protection. RBGH respects the privacy of each individual with whom it comes into contact as a visitor to this Site.
